Mod of Redemption adds a total of 12 new mini bosses and 13 new bosses available for the player to battle.

The Mighty King Chicken[ | ]

The Mighty King Chicken is the King of the chickens with only 5 health. It is summoned with an Egg Crown. It attacks the player with verbal assaults, but deals 1 damage, and as such is more of a funny joke boss.

The Mighty King Chicken drops a number of chicken-related items. It also drops the Spirit of Life in Expert Mode, which increases druidic damage by 10% as well as summoning a chicken spirit to aid the player in combat. Upon its defeat, Chickman Cultists will begin to spawn on the Surface in the day, which drop Strange Contracts that will summon the King Chicken's Royal Army.

Thorn, Bane of the Forest[ | ]

Heart of Thorns (Mod of Redemption)

Thorn, Bane of the Forest is a poor soul, cursed by the forest, with 2,100 (2,520) health. It is summoned with a Heart of Thorns. It fires thorns and stingers, can slash at the player, and summons a barrier around itself to deflect projectiles.

Thorn, Bane of the Forest drops a number of weaponry themed after its brambles upon defeat.

The Keeper[ | ]

Mysterious Tablet (Corrupt) (Mod of Redemption)
Mysterious Tablet (Crimson) (Mod of Redemption)

The Keeper is an abomination that used forbidden necromancy with 2,250 (2,700) health. She is summoned with a Mysterious Tablet. She hovers around the player, shooting bouncing bolts, waves of blood, soul charges, or tries to slash with her scythe hand.

The Keeper drops a number of weaponry themed after herself upon defeat, as well as Dark Fragments, a crafting material. She also drops the Heart Insignia in Expert Mode, which increases the amount of health the player has upon respawning to 75%, as well as providing the Heart Rush buff, which greatly increases the player's life regeneration, upon respawning.

If the player uses the Abandoned Teddy item, the fight will end peacefully, and doing so will cause her to drop the Keeper's Circlet, an accessory that causes various Skeleton-related enemies to become friendly. Doing this permanently prevents the player from fighting The Keeper on the world.

Anomaly Detector (Mod of Redemption)

The Seed of Infection is the carrier of the Xenomite infection with 6,500 (7,800) health. It is summoned by killing the Strange Portal. It flies around the player, shooting projectiles, charging the player, or summoning small Hive Growths.

The Seed of Infection drops a number of weaponry themed after itself upon defeat, as well as Xenomite Shards, a crafting material. It also drops the Necklace of Sight in Expert Mode, which increases the player's critical strike chance and improves vision. Upon its defeat, Infected Zombies, Infected Demon Eyes, Infected Bats, and Infected Worms will begin to spawn.

King Slayer III is a robot that used to be a human with 42,000 (46,200) health. He is summoned with a Cyber Tech during the Day, after The Keeper has been defeated.

King Slayer III drops a number of weaponry themed after himself upon defeat, as well as Cyber Platings and a K.I.N.G Core, crafting materials used to craft the weapons dropped by him.

Vlitch Cleaver[ | ]

The Vlitch Cleaver is a Corrupted cleaver with 35,000 (70,000) health. It is summoned with a Corrupted Hero Sword.

The Vlitch Cleaver drops vlitch weapons, Corrupted Xenomite and Vlitch Batteries, crafting materials used to craft Vlitch gear.

The Vlitch Gigapede is a corrupted robot worm with 50,000 (60,000) health. It is summoned with a Corrupted Worm Medallion.

The Vlitch Gigapede drops vlitch weapons, Corrupted Xenomite and Vlitch Batteries, and Vlitch Scales, crafting materials used to craft Vlitch gear.

Omega Obliterator[ | ]

The Omega Obliterator is a corrupted robot with 181,000 (217,200) health. It is summoned with a Omega Radar. It has lasers, fires projectiles, and has a second desperation phase.

The Omega Obliterator drops vlitch weapons, and Obliterator Brains, crafting materials used to craft Vlitch gear.

Patient Zero[ | ]

Patient Zero (Kari) is the first victim of the Xenomite Infection with 540,000 (648,000) total health. He is summoned by entering the final room of the Abandoned Lab and right-clicking on the bed in the middle of the room. He shoots lasers in patterns from his eye and sends hive growths after the player, when losing health, he also exchanges attacking with the body of the scientist Kari, the one who first hosted the infection

Patient Zero drops some infection themed weapons, including a consumable that permanently increases your health.

Ancient Deity Duo[ | ]

The Ancient Deity Duo is a simultaneous rematch against Thorn, Bane of the Forest and Eaglecrest Golem with 210,000 (252,000) and 320,000 (384,000) HP respectively. They utilize more intense attacks from their original battles, and Thorn gains the ability to float.

If either Thorn or Eaglecrest Golem are brought down to 50% life and both are still alive, they will transform into Akka, the ancient 'Goddess' of Nature, and Ukko, the ancient 'God' of Weather. Akka attacks with poison bubbles, earthquakes, summoned vines from the ground, and causes floating islands to fall on the player, while Ukko summons lightning bolts and rain clouds, and charges at the player with its lightning chariot.

When defeated, Akka will drop Cursed Thorns-related items as well as the Crown of Thorns accessory in Expert Mode, increasing the damage of all weapons related to Thorn and unleashing thorns upon taking damage; and Ukko will drop Ancient Power Core-related items.

Nebuleus, Angel of the Cosmos[ | ]

Nebuleus, Angel of the Cosmos is a nebulous seraph and she is also the current final boss of the Mod of Redemption with 650,000 (1,210,000) total HP. She is summoned with a Galaxy Stone. She uses numerous Nebula themed attacks. On Expert Mode, she gains a second form after the first phase is defeated, which uses her previous attacks but more frequently.


She drops numerous Nebula themed weapons, including a consumable that permanently increases your health.

Trojan Chicken[ | ]

The Trojan Chicken is a wooden construct with 1,200 (2,400) health in Pre-Hardmode and 60,000 (120,000) health after defeating Patient Zero. It spawns during the Chicken Invasion event.

Skull Digger[ | ]

Skull Digger (Mod of Redemption)

The Skull Digger is the Keeper's first creation, and is a mini boss with 3,000 health. He can be found uncommonly in the Cavern layer after defeating The Keeper. He follows the player and spawns Dark Souls.

He drops the Abandoned Teddy, Small Lost Souls, Lost Souls, Ancient Brass Chunks, the Skull Digger's Mask, the Sword of the Forgotten, and the Skull Digger's Skull Digger. He does not spawn anymore after he has been defeated.

Strange Portal[ | ]

The Strange Portal is a portal mini boss with 750 / (1,500) health. It attacks by flying and teleporting around the player, and firing projectiles. It can be summoned with the Anomaly Detector.

Eaglecrest Golem[ | ]

The Eaglecrest Golem is a large armored earth-based mini boss with 3,200 health and has to be summoned by killing a Sleeping Stones, which spawns rarely on the surface but may be expedited through use of a Eaglecrest Spelltome. It slashes at the player and chases after them while rolling.

It drops the Eye of the Eaglecrest Golem.

Dark Slime[ | ]

The Dark Slime is a gelatinous mess of dark magic with 9,500 / (19,000) health which spawns rarely on the surface after all 3 Mechanical Bosses have been defeated, but may be expedited through use of an Evil Jelly. It attacks by jumping at the player, akin to the King Slime. It also spawns Dark Slimelings.

It drops various items, and rarely, Mythril's Bane, which is a rare weapon. It also summons the other variant of the Wayfarer NPC, as long there is not another one in the world.

Mossy Goliath[ | ]

The Mossy Goliath is a large jungle-based monster mini boss with 4,000 / (4,800) health. It has a chance to spawn on the Surface Jungle when the Wayfarer's quest to kill it is active.

The Janitor[ | ]

The Janitor is a janitor mini boss with 7,500 / (15,000) health. It jumps around and throws its broom and water buckets at the player. It has an exceptionally high defense normally, but by making The Janitor either hit itself with its own mop or slip and fall from the wet floor, its defense will momentarily drop to 0. It is summoned by entering its room in the Abandoned Lab, then approaching its trolley.

It drops Lab Access Panel - Alpha, which deactivates some of the laser security systems, allowing for further exploration of the Abandoned Lab. After defeating The Janitor, it can be talked to in a room next to the Irradiated Behemoth's arena for details about various topics.

Stage 3 Infected Scientist[ | ]

The Stage 3 Infected Scientist is a dead scientist mini boss with 24,000 health. (28,800) It fires barrages of crystals at the player. It is summoned by right-clicking its specific monitor in the Abandoned Lab.

It drops Lab Access Panel - Beta, which deactivates some of the laser security systems, allowing for further exploration of the Abandoned Lab.

Irradiated Behemoth[ | ]

The Irradiated Behemoth is an enormous xenomite waste mini boss with 26,000 (27,039) health. It spews blobs at the player. It is summoned by right-clicking its specific monitor in the Abandoned Lab.

It drops Lab Access Panel - Gamma, which deactivates some of the laser security systems, allowing for further exploration of the Abandoned Lab.

Blisterface[ | ]

Blisterface is an infected fish mini boss with 39,024 health. It fires bubbles at the player which may explode into blisterlines. It is summoned by right-clicking its specific monitor in the Abandoned Lab.

It drops Lab Access Panel - Sigma, which deactivates some of the laser security systems, allowing for further exploration of the Abandoned Lab. It also drops a special Keycard used for obtaining the Nano Pickaxe.

Protector Volt[ | ]

Protector Volt (Mod of Redemption)

The Protector Volt is a high-ranking T-Bot that guards the deeper sectors of the Abandoned Lab with 160,000 / (192,000) health.

It drops Lab Access Panel - Omicron, which deactivates some of the laser security systems, allowing for further exploration of the Abandoned Lab and fighting the MACE Project. After defeating Protector Volt, it can be talked to for details about various topics, or to request a rematch, allowing the player to fight Protector Volt more than once.

MACE Project[ | ]

MACE Project is a robotic mini boss with 125,000 (150,000) health in its first phase, and 125,000 (150,000) in its second. It fires fireballs in the first phase, and summons fists in the second phase. It is summoned by right-clicking its specific monitor in the Abandoned Lab.

It drops the Lab Access Panel - 0, which deactivates some of the laser security systems, allowing access to Sector Zero, and the Patient Zero boss.

Rooster King[ | ]

Rooster King (Mod of Redemption)

The Rooster King is the king of all roosters with 900 / (1,800) health. It spawns during the King Chicken's Royal Army event after defeating Patient Zero. A thing worth noting is that he takes only 1 damage per hit.
