The Polarities Mod adds numerous Accessories to the game, with something new and interesting available at all points in progression.

Entropic Seal	Dropped by Lunatic Cultist (Flawless item)	Prevents all regular movement including mounts and hooks, but grants directional teleports with movement keys and immunity to Chaos State

Infested Brain	Crafted at a Demon Altar	Combines the effects of the Worm Scarf and Brain of Confusion. Expert Mode only
Wanderer's Trinket	Dropped by Convective Wanderers	Grants immunity to fire, fire blocks, lava, and incineration
Wanderer's Boots	Crafted at a Tinkerer's Workshop	Combines the effects of the Wanderer's Trinket and Lava Waders
Solar Pendant	Dropped by Eclipxie	Reduces damage from a single hit by 50%, with a 10-second cooldown where all damage dealt and taken is doubled

Cloak of Pockets	Treasure Bag (Rift Denizen)	Activate by pressing Cloak of Pockets (default L) to briefly become invulnerable and immovable, with a 1 minute cooldown
Adaptive Genes	Treasure Bag (Esophage)	Increases damage and critical hit chance at higher health, and movement speed and regeneration at lower health
Sentinel's Heart	Treasure Bag (Selfsimilar Sentinel)	Grants extra maximum health that provides defense while present and spawns damaging wisp projectiles when depleted
