The use time decreases by 2, and the velocity increases by 1 with every active shamanic empowerment, up to a minimum use time of 8 and maximum velocity of 12.
Hitting enemies provides the Level IV Movement Speed Empowerment to the player.
Its best modifier is Unique due to its unique trait of use time and velocity reduction.
