The Ice Scepter is a craftable Pre-Hardmode shamanic weapon. It is only available with the Thorium Mod enabled. When used, it spawns an icy projectile, that after a short period of time launches forward. It has a 1/3 chance of inflicting the Frostburn debuff. Critical strike chance increases depending on the number of active Shamanic Bonds.
Hitting enemies provides the Level I Water Bond to the player.
