The Locator is a tool that allows to setup 
Remote Storage Accesses. With the Locator in hand, right-click on a 
Storage Heart to store its coordinates in the Locator. Then move to where your Remote Storage Access is situated, and with the Locator still in hand, right-click on the Remote Storage Access to install the Locator. The operation consumes the Locator item and connects the Remote Storage Access to the Storage Heart.
