The Stone of the High Sea is a crafting material for Uncle Carius's Fishing Pole. It has a 1 out of 50000 / fishing power chance to be fished in the sky, so having 50 fishing power would give you a 1 out of 1000 chance of fishing it. Each of the The Stones of the Seas can only be caught once per character. While in the player's inventory or placed nearby, it will grant the Water Walking buff.
It is possible to attain several of these stones with the Lunar Fishing Rod or any Fishing Shotgun while using Luscious Cactus as bait.
