Star Platinum is a powerful close ranged Stand. With i's signature ORA ORA Rush with the fastest attack speed, the Star Finger (or Bullet Flick) for ranged coverage and the eventual ability to Stop Time, Star Platinum is a Stand with outstanding fighting abilities.
It is incredibly similar to The World, however it has stronger damage potential in exchange for less time stop.

Star Platinum's most powerful ability, Star Platinum is able to stop time for 4 seconds where only the user can move within it and deal damage. If there is another user with this ability, you can use your timestop to invade their world.
