Extremes of Reality is a Hardmode weapon that is dropped by Athazel. It has two projectile attacks that are shot when the consecutive mouse button is pressed - the primary attack is a lava blob that explodes into a wall of fire on impact and the secondary attack is a halo ring that bounces off walls and lasts for 11 seconds before disappearing.
