The Ibaraki Box of a Hundred Medicines becomes available for purchase at the Curio Trader after defeating a Tier 5 Boss. While it is in the inventory, the effects of Sake and the Ibuki Gourd are improved. Instead of Tipsy, they will now grant the Sloshed buff, which has the following effects:

• +2% critical hit on melee attacks
• +10% melee attack speed
• +10% melee damage
• +0.5 life per second regenerated

If both the Ibaraki Box and the Hoshiguma Dish are in the inventory, drinking Sake will grant the even more powerful Smashed buff, which combines the effects of both items:

• +4% critical hit on melee attacks
• +15% melee attack speed
• +15% melee damage
• +0.5 life per second regenerated
