The Supreme Deathbringer Fairy is a craftable Pre-Hardmode accessory exclusive to Eternity Mode. It counts as a shield. In depth, it provides:
+10% damage, movement speed, and attack speed while below half HP.
+10 armor penetration when the player has Honey buff.
Grants immunity to Slimed, Berserked, Lethargic and Infested.
While running or dashing you create a trail of damaging blood scythes.
