The Nymph's Perfume is a Pre-Hardmode accessory exclusive to Eternity Mode. It has a chance to be dropped by Nymphs. It grants immunity to Lovestruck, Stinky, and Hexed, as well as occasionally causing enemies to drop hearts when struck.
Additionally, the player will spawn with full health; without this item, the player will only spawn with half health, with a minimum of 100. This effect also works when the item is in the player's inventory.

Notes[]
- If the player is afflicted with Rotting or Oceanic Maul when they die, they will only respawn with as much health as their max was when they died.
- For example, a player who has consumed the max number of Life Crystals (400 max health) will have 320 max health when afflicted by Rotting. If they then die with the Nymph's Perfume or it's upgrades in their inventory, they will respawn with 320/400 health.
- However, this accessory will never cover the extra health given by buffs such as Lifeforce Potion, even if the buff is infinite (by having 60 Lifeforce Potion in inventory while Fargo's Soul Mod is enabled).
