Spazmi's Fury is a Hardmodeflamethrower that drops from Spazmatism if the killing blow is dealt with a flamethrower. When used, a stream of flame along with a cursed fireball is fired, each behaving identically to the ones fired by the boss. Fireballs deal 150% of the weapon's base damage.

Spazmatism has to be the final Twin remaining in order for this weapon to drop; if Retinazer is still alive when Spazmatism dies, the weapon will not drop.
One does not have to deal all damage with a flamethrower to receive this weapon; only the hit that kills Spazmatism has to register as a projectile from a flamethrower.
