Giant Decapitated Floating Siren Head

Sirember is a craftable Expert Mode-exclusive pet summoning item. It summons a giant decapitated floating Siren head to follow the player. Every 6.66 minutes, the head will stop in place, roar, and face forwards for 10 seconds. After 5 seconds have passed, the player is inflicted with Darkness and Blackout, and after 4 more seconds, they are inflicted with Obstructed. After the 10 seconds end, all three buffs wear off and the head will teleport back to the player and act normally.

• The item is a reference to the Pls Rember meme, but with Anahita.
