Tartarus Reaper is a post-Superancient tier melee weapon that is the EX variant of Cursed Sickle. It has two different attacks: Left click swings the scythe around you like the swinging weapons and shred through multiple enemies. Right click swings the scythe like Death Sickle, and shoots a cursed sickle projectile.
