The Soul Siphon is a post-Moon Lord sword that has a chance to be dropped from Treasure Bags after defeating the Moon Lord or can be bought from Mudfish for 40 Ancient Coins after defeating the Moon Lord. It shoots scythes that heal the player on enemy hits. Hitting enemies with the weapon itself grants extra healing.

Its best modifier is Legendary.
