The Hearty Truffle is an Expert Mode-exclusive accessory from the Treasure Bag dropped from the Mushroom Monarch. When equipped, it increases your maximum health by 50. This effect does not count towards increasing your maximum health with a Lifeforce Potion.

This accessory can be really powerful as an alternative to Lifeforce Potions until acquiring them.
This accessory used to be combined with other 2 accessories dropped from Feudal Fungus and Truffle Toad to make a really useful accessory. But it is removed due to granting infinite flight. It will return as an Expert accessory for an upcoming boss, however.
