The GRealm Advertisement is an Expert Mode-exclusive joke item that is obtained from any post-Moon Lord treasure bag. It is dropped at the same rate as all other developer items. It is a slip of paper that tells the reader to play grealm for Grox the Great’s dev items, as he does not have any in ancients awakened as of yet, but he does in his own mod. It is technically Grox's dev item.

As of the Terraria 1.4 update, you don't need to play GRealm for Grox's dev set, since it is in the vanilla game now.
