Duality is a craftable Superancient tier Expert Mode-exclusive item that is crafted with the Expert drops of Akuma and Yamata and the Chaos Soul, dropped by Shen Doragon Awakened. It grants immunity to most debuffs including all chaos debuffs and Terrablaze, your attacks inflict Discordian Inferno, grants the effects of component accessories at their most powerful state, and 15% increased damage while outside the Chaos biomes, which is increased to 30% while inside them. Also, while in Inferno, you gain 10 defense and while in Mire, you gain 50% increased movement speed.

- This accessory is one of the ultimate accessories of the mod, which there will be more in the future updates.
- Duality is the only Expert accessory that doesn't drop straight from the boss, but made with an item that drops from the boss instead.
- In the previous updates where Shen Doragon was a fightable boss, Duality was dropped straight from him.
- This item's sprite appears to be the Yin and Yang symbol with Chaos Biomes colors.
- It seems to be a upgrade to the removed item that was a combination of the shark tooth necklace, Dragontamers cloak and hydra necklace.
