Demon Armor is a craftable armor set that is the upgraded version of Imp armor. It takes a total of 19 Shadow Scales/Tissue Samples, Jungle Spores and Bones as well as a full set of Imp armor to craft.

It consists of a Demon Cowl, Demon Garb and Demon Hoofs.

The Demon Cowl gives 6 defense and 9% increased minion damage; the Demon Garb gives 6 defense and 9% increased minion damage and +2 minion slots; and the Demon Hoofs gives 6 defense and 9% increased minion damage.

A full set provides a total of 18 defense, and %27 increased minion damage and +2 minion slots. The set bonus grants your minions' attacks inflict On Fire!, and summons an imp minion to fight for you that doesn't count towards your minion slots.
