The Arctic Medallion is a Pre-Hardmode Expert Mode exclusive accessory that drops from Subzero Serpent's treasure bag. It doubles the player's stats if it rains in a Snow biome. It does not double the player's stats if it is not raining in the snow biome or if they are in any other biome, even if it is raining.
