The Ancient Lung Staff is a craftable post-Ancient tier summon weapon that has a chance to be dropped by Akuma. It summons an ancient lung to fight for you. This minion attacks much like Stardust Dragon Staff's minion, as it quickly chases nearby enemies and deals a lot of damage.
Its best modifier is Ruthless. The Mythical modifier provides the widest array of stats bonuses, but these primarily affect the initial summon rather than the resulting minion. Additionally, minions cannot deal critical hits. The only significant advantage a Mythical Ancient Lung Staff has over a Ruthless one is knockback.
