The Potted Pal is a Hardmode squire weapon that summons a Potted Pal to fight for the player. It can be obtained from Plantera with a 25% drop rate. The Potted Pal's pot will remain next to the player at all times, while its bulb will travel up to 35 blocks from the players to attack towards the mouse cursor, clinging to enemies that it hits and dealing damage rapidly with a very small cooldown between hits. Its behavior is similar to that of a Man Eater. Like other squires, the summoned Potted Pal is invincible and follows the player for an unlimited amount of time, unless the player dies, summons a replacement squire, or cancels the buff.
Its best modifier is Mythical for the widest array of set bonuses, or Ruthless for the highest damage output.
